Full Service Design Process:

Step 1: Discovery + Walkthrough

At the outset of our partnership, we review your home goals and define the details that are important to you. The goal here is to really hone in on your needs and your dreams. Next, we meet in your space to determine if the client-designer chemistry is flowing. That’s followed by laying out the overview of site measurements, project details, style connection and design process.

Step 2: Conceptualization + Design Development

Here we take the information we’ve gathered and, considering your budget parameters, use our expertise to create a STUNNING design, unique to your home. We then meet with you to present a design that offers both a conceptual and sensory experience, allowing you to experience the end result both visually and physically. This presentation will showcase concept boards of the design direction + style. We will discuss your home layouts, drawings, color concepts, furnishings and custom needs. You will have the chance to view and feel your curated fabrics, hard + soft material finishes, all while reviewing the budget.

Step 3: Project Management

Now we take your project from concept to construction, ordering all furnishings and specifying design details. We handle shipments, construction management, vendor communications, all to make sure YOU are feeling great throughout the procurement process.

Step 4: Installation + Styling

The furnishings are placed, the final details are implemented and the design is revealed.

E-Design Services:

Aquilo Interiors also offers e-design services. We embrace the

modernization of budget friendly, time-saving e-design without any compromise to the personalized service our local clients receive. 

Our services are also accessible to clients worldwide. No matter where you are located, we at Aquilo Interiors is excited to work with you!

 

We offer a simple 4-step E-design process

 

Step 1: Project Goals

We will start by reviewing your project goals via email/Skype/ FaceTime. This will be the time to share your inspiration, Pinterest pages, budget, favorite/least favorite materials, colors and patterns.

 

Step 2: Client Homework

Your homework will be to send a hand sketch of your space. This sketch will need to include wall measurements and ceiling heights. 

 

Step 3: Design Time

We take your floor plan sketch and create a computer-aided floor plan of the space. We will then create a clear inspiration concept board that shows the look + feel of your design goals.

 

You will receive one round of concepts showing furniture, art, textiles, paint, wallpaper and accessory selections. These concepts will be emailed to you in the form of a mood board, detailed design description and a corresponding floor plan. After receiving your feedback we will have 1 round of edits. 

 

Step 4: Final Package

Your final design package will include the final revised mood boards, detailed furniture plan with paint/wallpaper/tiling locations and set-up instructions for your room. Your e-design package will be finalized with a shopping cart spreadsheet including retail vendor links, subtotal pricing and quantity of all confirmed furnishing and decor.
